Brian Harris

Brian Harris owner of Blackbook Media was born in Gary, Indiana. Received a BS Electrical Engineering and MBA from Purdue University and worked in corporate America for over 20 years. Created The Blackbookin 2012 with the goal of providing an electronic directory to locate businesses that are at least 50% black owned. President of the Black Business Council and creator of the Black Las Vegas Food Festival & Block Party. My beliefs are simple, we must control the economic opportunity of our community. We must re-educate our community that business ownership is the key to economic prosperity for our community.
