Dortch Jr. reminisces on a familiar scene where African American men discuss the issues of the community while sharing knowledge and opinions with youth. The barbershop has always been somewhat of a cultural rite of passage, where wisdom is shared with the next generation of men. In response to the urgent need to deliver real solutions, 100 Black Men of America, Inc. has activated the 100 Network to deliver the 100 Barber Shop Tour across the United States. of prominent images of women and people of color in many fields, this group of women have disturbed that notion and have become champions, role models, and trailblazers in their respective fields while contributing to our community and society as a whole. The path has not always been clear or easy for these women, but they remained focused and are now able to share their knowledge of this journey. During this workshop, these great leaders will share how they achieved greatness and provide skill-based knowledge to help develop more women to remain focused and dedicated as they journey down their path to greatness.
