100 Black Men of Savannah grants $30,000 scholarships to deserving Savannah students

This morning, some hard working college students have more than $30,000 in scholarships thanks to the 100 Black Men of Savannah, Inc. They mentor young men and women from all backgrounds in Savannah, providing them with valuable life skills to succeed in the future. Tonight’s fundraiser is the organization’s biggest event of the year. They provided tips on investing to teaching young people about our judicial system. “The 100 Black Men of Savannah work to make sure the youth are prepared for their lives, and we try to give them every skill to be successful”, said Harold Oglesby, President of the 100 Black Men of Savannah, Inc.
