Atlanta, GA, June 27, 2019– Wells Fargo hosted a Women’s Empowerment Workshop Series that educated, empowered and offered women the opportunity to engage with successful women from across many industries. Women from the Las Vegas area were welcomed to attend free as guests of Wells Fargo. Other attendees included all women registered for the 33d Annual Conference of 100 Black Men of America, Inc. Over 1,200 participants and attendees took part in the annual event, held this year at Caesar’s Palace. 100 Black Men chapters from across the organization’s global network delivered workshops, seminars, youth scholarship competitions, and much more.
In addition to the women’s empowerment series, Wells Fargo sponsors many other adult and youth-focused workshops, along with scholarship events that benefit students annually.

Thursday, June 13, 2019, the Connection Seminar – How to Love a Black Man/Black Woman The Art of Making It Work, spotlighted four married couples who shared their experiences on love, relationships, and family matters. Both men and women attendees benefited from this transparent discussion that also addressed salient issues on leadership and spirituality in their families and the positive impact both have had on their marriage.
Friday, June 14, 2019,Women of Influence 1.0: Legendary Women Creating Paths to Continued Successincluded a panel of great women leaders who shared experiences while providing skill-based knowledge to develop new leaders. The outcome of this session was to build on the capacity of others to help promote the advancement of women and improve opportunities available to women.
Saturday, June 15, 2019,Women of Influence 2.0: Women & Wealth: Creating a Path to Financial Successcontinued the empowerment by building skills to lead women to financial success. During this workshop, actress, singer, author, and philanthropist, Sheryl Lee Ralph took center stage as moderator. Wells Fargo financial experts, Felicia F. Baker, Vice President, Senior Fiduciary Advisory Specialist and Tracy M. Pea, CTFA, ChSNC, Assistant Vice President Fiduciary Advisory Specialist shared their knowledge and experience on taking charge of your finances and how to navigate your journey to financial success.
